How to check your request status

Upon successfully paying for a transcript via the Unical-iTranscript portal, you would receive an email confirming the status of your payment and another email confirming the availability of your digitized transcript.

Once your digital transcript is available, login details would be sent to your email address used when filling the request form on the portal.
With your login details you can always login into the portal and view the status of your transcript request.

You will also be sent a shipment tracker URL via email which you can use to monitor the status of your transcript shipment with your selected courier agent.
